TweetI've only seen powerlifters use it....the creator of the slingshot was on joe rogan podcast this week, he didn't talk about it a lot but mentioned it being similar to a pressing shirt just not as crazy

Tweetall of the sling shot ones are for the bench press. the different ones are for different weight levels. the one for squats is called a hip circle i believe so they arent called the same thing.
