TweetChris certainly looks good
TweetHi
I have a strict diet and i go to the gym daily and i want to get better results. I have been reading a lot and some say it's better to do the same body part twice a day to get better rusultsuploadfromtaptalk1435667975173.jpguploadfromtaptalk1435667994656.jpg
I have attached my program that I follow religiously, if I want to go during the day or early morning should I add more?

TweetThis looks to be using a good amount of pre exhaust work, ie isolation movements before compound movements. If mass is the goal go back to basics and hit your compound movements with heavier weight and pyramid up so that the reps drop from around twelve on the first set to around 6-8 on the last. Skip the isolation stuff for now unless you want to save them for that second workout for that same body part. Since you didn't mention diet and body type/stats it's hard to say if 2xday is what you need. If your goal is mass of caution against 2xday training because you need to conserve large amounts of calories and also allow adequate time to rest because you don't grow in the gym, you grow when you rest and feed. Especially if you tend to naturally be skinny then it's even more important to preserve those calories for growth instead of burning them up in the gym.
TweetIn the other hand if you tend to be bulky and are trying to lean out then I say if you have the time and energy go for your 2xday and see how things go. I would say compound movements in the am and then isolation movements in the pm. Or one body part in the am and another in the pm with cardio following both sessions.
Tweetlooks good on paper and i'm not knocking bro but i tried to do the twice a day thing and my tendons hated it! lol
Tweetyes. also he is a pro. this probably will not work well for a weekend warrior. he gets to train go home and eat and sleep for recovery while on massive quantities of gear, HGH ect. for a guy like us i personally think it's overkill and your muscles would be overtrained quickly
TweetEveryone is different. That sounds like a bad answer, but its true. You have to try things until you find what makes you grow best I do best working the large muscles once a week, things like calves/abs multiple times a week with decent volume and going heavy too.
I've tried lifting twice a day. It didnt workout for me, i just got burned out on it and too busy to have the time for it.
Animal the manimal
TweetThats a nice training plan there, i havent switched up my routine for a long time, I may do that one!
