      Breathing techniques and mental motivation manifest in noise sometimes but seriously who has issue with screamers? It drives me nuts, these dudes have to do this for the attention. I was at a gym in Tucson, a very large gym and this guy was screaming so loud it sounded like he was physically being assaulted. Everyone kept stopping and staring at the guy which annoyed me that much more!

      I remember when I use to go to the gym I'd have my ipod on super loud just so I didn't have to hear anyone.. I've noticed tho this one guy every time a sexy woman in a gym outfit would walk near him he would open he's mouth really big.. I figured he was screaming tho...

      Ha, love this post. I find it screamers so annoying too. There is one guy in my gym who barks like a dog. It's hilarious at first, but it gets very annoying really quick

      i have been known to be a little loud, normally not a scream but at the end of certain movements when i am trying to force thru some more, shrugs come to mind, but it is more a growl. had to go back a few years for this

      i dont know which makes me more angry the screamer or the dude that slams the weights down. i actually train with a screamer on occasion but i block it out most of the time
