TweetSo Lately I have had to start morning cardio. Totally normal for bikini women and women who are starting to cut down or would like to cut the fat off. I am starting to lean out nicely, I will be posting a progress pic of the new incoming amazing abs I am finally getting. Sometimes hard work really does pay offf.
Fitness is not a sprint its a long distance run, I have been working on these abs for about a year and a half now, I needed to become leaner for my coach and cardio was the new thing.
I had so much fun waking up today for fasted cardio mainly because I know I am getting closer to the stage!!

Tweeti absolutely hate cardio myself personally. it is boring and beats the crap out of my joints way more than even lifting heavy does.
what i personally like to do is 1wk of lss cardio then 3 sessions of interval training with 2 sessions of lss the following week. i like to go back and forth between the two. my all time favorite piece of equipment to use is the step mill but unfortunately for me it eats my legs up pretty good so i use it in moderation. the tread is my normal go to for my sessions unless its intervals

TweetI love morning cardio although I never do it completely fasted. Besides lifting, a good rowing session in the morning is my favorite way to start the day.
