TweetArm days are my most fav! I try to keep it exciting by trying to beat last week's max.. only so many arm exercises you can do but watching and feeling them grow is awesome!

ARM DAY:
So my workout today was not that great. I am human and I am having trouble keeping my workouts exciting. I really am not into my workouts lately, I have switched from physique workouts to bikini workouts. This means more volume, so instead of 12 reps it moved to 20 reps.
I am just losing my drive and its hard to get back into it. I am hoping next week will be alot better. The pump from the workout today was awesome but that could be from the pre workout that I gladly over dosed on. I decided to take 4 scoops, funny right lol!!

TweetSame here, it's at the end of my week and the one (especially biceps) I will skip if too sore. I prefer triceps out of the two but I'm pretty fried from the weeks training by the last session. I do mostly high rep stuff to just "finish" it out. Most of biceps size comes from doing back work anyways in my estimation.
