find a physical thearpist and make them your buddy. that or find a sports med clinci and see how much they would charge you to do it a couple times a week. you could always find a high school football or soccer coach and see if they would allow you to use their facility as well. i have access to mine here and back home if i want to use it but i never do.

TweetI was listening to a tony robbins interview and he has some cold machine he puts himself in every day that is like -20 degrees or something like that. I think he gave the name of it. I bet you could find a place that has those things
