I rarely do abs but im starting to incorporate them because im getting a big stomach so, to get rid of my lower stomach fat what do i need to be doing? Do rope crunches target that area well or just crunches in general?

My diet consists of chicken, rice, salmon, tuna, oatmeal, nuts, eggs, milk, whey protein, white fish, and occasional tuna pasta. Thats litterally all i eat.
I eat the same things everyday - very clean diet.

How much are you eating that you eat that clean are getting a fat stomach? Most of my fat well at least the only fat i care about is on my stomach as well. I never train abs ether so I am hoping to see what others say.
I never meant to be better than anyone, I was just born that way. Its hard being a god amongst peasants!

Like MM said its your diet and cardio that makes them show. I think they still need to be strong to support you doing deads and squats but do high reps or they will get thicker and stick out. I use to do crunches with a 120lb db on my chest and you could punch my stomach and hurt your hand, but it looked like a big gut with my shirt on.

In my 20's I did abs hard core and would increase the weight so my upper abs stick out its just my lower section that is stubborn and i cant get rid of it,

when i was 175 i still had it then so its something ive had my whole life. I dont do any cardio or much ab work. I guess ill need to start.

I have to agree with the super mods Mountain-Man and Animal, cardio brotha. Cardio should be prioritized before anything else, especially if you need results sooner than later. for me, flutter kicks on an exercise ball (or whatever the fuck the kids are calling them these days) kicks my lower abs asses. toes to bar is killer, and if you can try putting an incline bench in front of a chin up bar station. while hanging, with stiff legs, rotate your legs over the incline bench from one side to the other (good luck dude, lol). also keep in mind "everything in balance." if you want lower abs to show you need opposing muscle groups to be strong too. to me, this means lower back, tighten that shit up. supermans come to mind. "Perform the Superman exercise on a mat. Lay flat on your stomach with your arms extended in front of you on the ground as your legs are lying flat. Lift both your arms and legs at the same time, as if you were flying, and contract the lower back. Make sure that you are breathing and, depending on your fitness level, hold the movement for at least two to five seconds per repetition. Again, depending on your fitness level, perform between five and 10 repetitions and possibly two or three sets." Throw in planks, and every plank variation you can come up with and you should start seeing results. that's my .02, brothers and sisters am I on the right track here with my advice? what can we do to improve?
      Respectfully,
      9mm

Eventually, if there isn't deep integrity and fundamental character strength, the challenges of life will cause true motives to surface and human relationship failure will replace short-term success.

There is an idea of who I am: some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me; only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel my flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable, I simply am not there.
