TweetHi I'm a Male I'm 31 5'3" 183lbs body fat hmmm unsure I would say 15-20 % have done seven cycles
So I am going to add some size this winter bulk, trying some new things like slin, i lead a busy life working two weeks on two weeks off so although I'm asking for help I have to be flexible as working 12 plus hrs for 14 days straight I need my sleep as well, i have six weeks off over Xmas and may go on a little vacation which I am sure I can stay on track for the most part and it will be Mexico if I go so can get gear easily to keep levels up.
I guess what I am looking for is someone with a high level of experience to be in email contact with for support, advice, and most of all questions and answers! Diet will be a main focus and something that some help for meals for work and snacks to be able to get macros in will be much needed.
My cycle plan is for test, primobolon, npp beginning and tren a end with some orals begining and end prob Dbol and drol, i will also still be on hgh low dose 3 iu maybe go up if affordable, and insulin for the first time with carbs carbs carbs, i still need to read more on safety again.
This is fairly flexible cycle as I don't have it all yet, I'll have Aromasin and caber on hand and def get bloods for estrogen cbc Cmp at the least unless find an understanding doctor for all bloods needed. I am just about to start pct so a couple months off and am in no hurry to find a mentor if anyone is willing and has the time I would greatly appreciate it and as I say to a great business mentor of mine "one day I'll be able to return the favor and help you out in return"

Thanks Bro I have learned a lot here and ppl here. I'm sure some of u remember Unclem I was in contact with him again and really wanted him to help me as he is very smart but also well I guess hardcore but he always tells both sides of the story. Unfortunately I don't think he is able to give me the attention I will need

Its hard to tell from a back picture but I am 18-19% bodyfat as of thursday and my back doesn't maave the definition yours does in your avatar. I would think you are lower than 20%bf, probably closer to your 15% estimate.

TweetThanks sofar, that was my old Mr fg picture I just changed it to one from yesterday not the best but not too worried about bf right the hgh sure helps though even on a sloppy diet, going to do a carb deplete and diet a bit before winter bulk too.

Tweetif my clients i have locally die down a bit i may be able to step in and help you. right now i am packed to the gills with people. first thing i will tell you is you need to get the diet ironed out to a t straight up out of the gate. i would have you drop down to a minimum of 8-9% body fat before even considering adding insulin into the equation. slin will make you even fatter if you arent 100% spot on with you diet and if you arent at a lower bf percentage when you kick it off you wont be able to see if you need to cut back cals or carbs. take a look at the prep i just did in my log this year and maybe model a bit off of that to get you down to a reasonable bf and then we can focus on gaining good lean mass. i would probably say 8oz of protein per meal 6x a day high carb days at 300 cut in half every 2 days and add 3 meals of fat in there on 0 carb days with some coconut oil

TweetThanks guns, like I said I am going to do a carb deplete prior to drop some fat, i had Abs showing following a program from Shaun hadsall. I have been getting sent to camp a lot and gained a lot of fat back, my willpower is weak when food is on front of me :-(. I'll be going to camp again but a nicer one with better food choices but they scan all bags going in so I am hoping to start after that... Cheers I'll check out your prep, so much to read but would great to just copy u daily lol....
