I'll do this again well off cycel but maybe up protein and carbs or fats some to maintain muscle and feel fuller.
It is easier for me to follow something laid out with exactly what to do.
I'll start a log for this too, was hoping to wait for bulk but this will hold me accountable and ill do the best I can to keep it updated.

my man, you can follow carb cycling to bulk as well. you just have to find how much you need to maintain then increase it by 10%. you can do that or lower carbs by say 20% and add in about 10% of essential healthy fats like coconut oil or other good fats to plus up the 10% of extra cals you need to grow. their is about 1k different ways to get it going haha. i just like the carb cycle plans best because i dont like to starve for extended periods of time. last year's offseason i rotated week to week in the offseason with a week of high carb lower fat and then a week of mod/low carb high fat weeks. that kept me under 12% and comfortable all the way up to 300 which i didnt hold by the way. i came back down to 286 to start
