TweetIf you meant what I do off cycle tho. Just all natural I do this:
Monday: chest/shoulders tris
Tuesday: abs cardio
Wednesday: Legs
Thursday: abs cardio
Friday: Back/traps/bis
Saturday: either abs and cardio or work on weak points or rest if needed
Sunday: rest
Off cycle I dont do much volume like on cycle, I'll only do a few exercises per muscle group.
