TweetUgh will help depending how bad it is my wife has same problem she had to get surgery but I think lunch box might have some good advice shoot him a pm
TweetOk, so I am former fatty (like over 300 lbs and had a 44 inch waist) after shedding about a foot off my waist and the weight equivalent of a small adult, I was left with loose skin in the stomach area. That is really about the only area I still have trouble with. I am 32 years old, so I am assuming it will not all tighten up like it would if I were younger. Of course plastic surgery is an option (ok not really as I just don't want to do it) but I was wondering if anyone else had possible alternatives?? I've never used HGH, but I do know it offers added benefits such as improved conditions of skin, hair, and nails... Anyone have a thought on using HGH for aiding in skin tightening?? And just to be clear, the loose skin is not THAT bad, more annoying than anything.

TweetMine is like that just a little bit from where i got hurt and lost so much weight. Its starting to get better, not really sure any specific thing I did tho.
TweetBuilding your abs up helps also my wife had good outcome with that
TweetThanks for the replies. I try to do ab work and it seems to help. It's not bad just around the lower ab area. I really am lucky I've seen much worse cases. The wifey and I were discussing it last night. She had our girls 12 months apart so she never really recouped from the first one. She was curious as well.

TweetIt is depends on the skins elasticity. this happens to women a lot after kids and they do lots to help it but sometimes it does take surgery. My advice would be to exfoliate/brush the skin, in a clockwise circular motion along the tummy. Than apply a good lotion or I would recommend coconut oil.
here is something I know I have posted here before and this is also something I try to do daily and it does not have to take 15 minutes. You can do the whole body or just focus on the area you are asking about.

TweetThanks Baby! The wife is a big fan of coconut oil... Uses it for dry skin, even diaper rash with our babies. I somehow married a total hippie chick, so she really wants to stay away from surgery or anything not organic (not me! Haha) Don't think she has tried the dry brushing. I know I haven't so I'll have to give it a go. At this point I think we both will try about anything before having to go under the knife. Thanks for the info!
