TweetOk we all know those guys at the gym that dont do legs at all. The ones with 18" bicep and matching quads... but do any of yall cut leg day on purpose? my legs grow so fast compared to my upper body. Im 5'11", 32" waist with 26" quads . I only do leg day once a week just because I love squats and its a minimal workout day. Do any of you have this problem?

Fuzo does, I swera after 1 leg day his legs have grown,lol. I think, like you he does legs once a week but no more squatting for him

TweetIve just never had an upper body. Never been too strong up top. In hs I was maxing 215 bench and sqatting 455. Im not complaining by any means because I do know guys that work legs 2-3x a week and looks like they never squatted a day. Just wish mmy biceps responded like my calves and quads.

Tweeta muscle grow faster than another? psshh...wish i had this problem. i use to be a pansy and skip a leg day or two, now if i have to forfeit a muscle group its chest, f'n hate chest workouts. i go through phases though where i enjoy one muscle group over the other, i guess i just enjoy working my legs right now.

For the dudes doing legs 2 or 3 times a week really are not training. They are pumping that about. Enjoy, the wheel genetics and focus ho how to bring up that upper body

Tweettheir is no such thing as legs that are too big. when you hammer your legs once a week it will add to the development of your upper body as well. i have what i think are outfreakingstanding legs and i still hammer then every single week. think about it this way, you see tons of dudes with great upper bodies that have to wear pants or long shorts because their legs suck and who wants to be like that. something i like to tell these dumb dumbs is it is far easier to catch someone's upper body up to a fantastic set of wheels but it isnt so easy to match legs to someone with a huge upper body and chicken legs

TweetI would like to say something about this. My good friend who i have been working out with for years is a beast. He is bigger and stronger then me in every aspect except legs. No matter how hard we hit legs his legs WILL NOT GROWN! we can do more weight with more reps we just cant grown them lol. I fuck with him all the time becuase he does not skip leg day but it looks like he does. Some guys just dont have the genetics
