Curious to know how most of you deal with your health, fitness, diet, etc when for instance you're on vacation and have no access to the gym or your normal routine. Since I'm assuming the majority of the people on this board are diehard bodybuilders, do you just try to watch what you eat and take a break from the gym or do you resort to things like calisthenics and running and sacrifice a little bit of muscle to maintain general health? Me personally, I know my diet is going to slip on vacation, I have to maintain fitness for my work, and genetically I tend to bloat up and get soft pretty quickly and easily so I do things like running, high rep push up workouts, burpees, etc. etc.
