TweetI had to quit benching straight bar several years ago and all my shoulder pain is totally healed. I can do dumbells with no problem and works pretty good and for whatever reason, doesnt jack up my shoulders...I dont remember my best bench, but I know I used to do 4 plates, thats about it...I hated to quit benching but my shoulders feel great now and wouild probably still be killing me if I was benching

TweetI like this method too brother...I have been doing higher reps, lower weights for a little bit now with great results...
