Tweet405 for reps before my wreck, don't know now.
TweetJust curious as I saw Maxseg mention a 525-550 bench...what is everyone's best 1-rep? I don't care if its raw or with a shirt, as long as that damn bar went allllll the way down and back up again lol...
Mine is 385 last year...I am not there anymore but that was my best ever....
Tweet405 for reps before my wreck, don't know now.
TweetDamn! For reps?! There are maybe 1 or 2 guys I have ever seen do that for reps and I can't help but watch them...I saw Fuzo and HH post some 315 rep vids that were impressive too
TweetI was pushing 365 nice and easy up until I did something to my rotator cuff. now anything over 225 I get a sharp pain from my shoulder to my fingers so I have been sticking with dumb bells. funny I can rep sets of 20 with the 225 but god forbid I add weight.
I work out alone so possibly could get more but I never feel comfortable on the flat bench with heavy weight and no spotter. I've seen the videos.. lol
Tweetjust 3 times, I never tried to cut then all I wanted was strength. I also didn't have a life work, eat, lift, sleep that was it.
Tweet385 as of 2 weeks ago
Tweetmy bench is so weak its not even funny, 315 x 7... but i can dead lift 500 x 12
TweetIncline smith 315 x 8-10...about a month or so ago did a rest pause at 405, again on the smith/no
Spotter.
Tweet455 x 3 first two were easy (ish) and the third felt like it gained 30 pounds .
TweetAn easy 510 raw, 605 for reps shirted (2nd or 3rd time in gear) ramping training up for the 525-550.
Tweetall you SOBs are strong as hell! Don't kid yourself: 315 for reps is damn good...I watch ppl all the time at my gym throw all this weight on and barely move the bar...then they get up, get all excited and yell like they accomplished something!
Tweet465x1.....about 9 months ago.
Tweet500 for 1
TweetDo you guys find that you start to have shoulder pain or issues after pushing weight like that? I used to feel it while hitting 315 and up...
TweetYea my shoulders hurt going heavy, I used to try to tuck my elbows in to use more triceps instead of shoulders, it still is alot of pressure tho.
