Tweetyes weight is a factor when using calipers to determine bf %.
TweetEver since I got my personal training cert I've realized how much I jack up doing pinch tests on myself. I go to a trainer at my gym to do them now "for free" I'm not sure what method it's called but I think he does my tricept, bicep, back and stomach. The last time I went in, my fat maintained @ 19% and I put on 5lbs in a month. He was more excited about it than I was. So I don't want to draw attention to myself so I've been dishonest with my weight since. I'm up another 7 pounds but I told him I was only up 3. As of today I'm up 12lbs @ 220lbs since I started my 250cyp dose in 2 months ago. I don't recall it being a factor in it but am I boning my fat number by fibbing about my numbers?
