I absolutely HATE doing abs.
I just can't find the motivation to do them, even when I'm leaning down. I do them but I hate them. I've tried doing them first in the workout so at least they will be done and I can get to the real workout... lol

TweetHips are a major part in this move. Make sure you strengthen your hips and also stretch/rol those hips flexors and such. Most evryone has tight hips and this hinders many things
