TweetBeen two months since I touched legs. Lots going on, injuries, etc .
Decided to get some squats in this afternoon knowing I would get depressed. Well shit man, pumped out 3 sets of 315x5. No its nothing to write home about but again, I haven't done a single leg exercise in over two months.
I can tell you that I have some nasty doms but I should be back to repping 405 in no time.
Hoping to get back into strongman training real real soon.
