Tweeti was doin 30 minutes walkin at my town park and 30 minutes on the treadmill at 3.5mph with a 6 degree incline... now im doin 80minutes at the park and upped my incline to 8 at the same speed for 30 minutes post work out...i dropped 1.6%bf in a month when i upped cardio and lowered carbs a lil...
