      So some of us was discussing today what we consider are good bench, sqaut and deadlift weights...obviously your body weight will make a difference...one guy said there is a chart showing average and above then elite..but ive never seen it...what do you all think?

      bench 405 squat >500 deadlift >500. Thats what i think are pretty impressive lifts

      heres wat I think great bench is 350, squat 530, deads 500 also as I agree w/ morrey50!

      heres wat I can do
      bench 500's
      squatt300's femur break
      deads 500's to pr600's
