TweetWhere exactly are you cramping, upper, lower, everywhere?
TweetHey FG Famly,
So I've been dealing with this issue for a very long time now. It got so bad that I am honestly afraid to do any kind of an work. This only happens at the end of my workouts when I attempt some ab work. The cramps get so bad I literally fall to the ground because the cramp pulls me in half.
* I do wear a belt, but I don't walk around with it on. Put it on and take it off before and after the sets it's needed.
* I drink no less then a gallon of water a day. Average intake is between 1.5-2 gallons.
* Daily vitamins and such.
* I do enjoy a cup or 2 of coffee occasionally.
* Have always had a tight lower back, chronically almost. Which led to loss of flixibility, and hamstring tightness.
In my colligate days in the off season, I would have days dedicated solely for ab work. Now I can't even do 20 before I'm curled up on the floor trying to breath through these cramps.
Any and all ideas I welcome warmly. I do plan on following guns advice and finding a deep massage place real soon...

Tweeti get the same thing from time to time brother and it is due to me dehydrating myself really bad during workouts. i make for damn sure that i pound water near the end of my regular training before moving on to abs. you may need to add a touch more potassium into your supp plan also but i am betting that it is your getting dehydrated and losing to much salt during your workout

TweetIt always starts off on my lower right. Then as I try to stand up because I feel it letting go, the left sides fires off and then I'm back on the ground sounding like my wife when she was in labor lol!
You know what, I actually have been making an attempt to cut salt almost completely from my meals. I will definately get more potassium pills then. I just started throwing some Gatorade powder in my water for the gym, then I saw baby's post about the flame retardant in it...fml ha ha!
Thank you so much guns, this feels like it will most definately do the trick. Thanks brother!!
TweetKInd of a squeezing feeling? I had that happen when I was doing abs in my upper left area. The forst time it happened I didn't know what the hell it was and I went to the ER.
