Tweetyeah brother i know about the diet being tight its just i wanted some oblique, abs ect exercises? like crunches ect that stuff. if guy/ gal give 2 each ill have a arsenal of exercises. i dont have a woman yet to do those things guys u know that lmao!

cable crunches
hanging knee ups
declime sit ups
roman chair sit ups
broom stick twists (no weight cause oblique growth is a biatch)

Tweet10 reps each position. Start flat, 10 reps. Lay knees down to the left for an oblique crunch, 10 reps. Rotate entire body till your laying on your left side for a side crunch, 10 reps. Then go back to your oblique crunch, flat, and then go through the same progression for the other side. Last position in flat. 1 set should be 90 reps. Killer!
