TweetWell bro you just gotta keep grinding. I know that sounds awful but it's the truth. We do this cause we love it. You gotta love it or you won't wanna do it. We are not machines so their is no perfect routine. this is the problem you have to keep trying things. You also need to make sure you finish any routine you start to really get the full benefit or feel for how it actually works(a lot of people quit after 2-4 weeks if they don't feel it working). Just keep grinding my man. Maybe try to incorporate all of your favorite lifts and just stick to those for a while.
