they make some of the best healthy waffles you have ever tasted. fiber wipes out the sugar content as well so it's a win win with all the other great stuff in them. did i mention they are delicious as well? no joke worth the money for sure

haha i am not bumping the product to make them money. i really really like these bad boys. so much so i am using them as a carb source in my off season. hell i am glad i found them because they made dieting so much more pleasant for me

i have done it with egg whites/whole eggs and oatmeal but it doesnt give the same consistency plus it has a ton of super foods in it. i do buck wheat pancakes and waffles also but they dont even come close to comparrison of the mancakes

surely there is a recipe similar? I like buckwheat pancakes. I make em with real butter and MCT oil. they are good

haha told ya. i wont bump just anything. sugar is canceled out by the fiber so it is spot on for hitting your macros perfectly. did you go with the pancake or waffle. i only do waffles myself cause i like the texture and make sandwiches with them
