whats the time frame to consume? 1hr before workout? I drink a protein shake on the way to the gym. but I see a lot of these type of products says to drink on an empty stomach?

Tweetapbt 30 Min should be fine. 45 min if you want to just be sure its completely in your system. the empty stomach thing is so it absorbs faster and more efficiently since food will slow the absorption and your body pumps blood to your stomach to digest food leaving your blood volume is down.
