TweetI hate the first week of any log. There's never much to report, everything seems slow and boring, which is why I skip logging the first week usually. Its day 6 and im noticing a little more water retention, which is fine. I usually feel achy and stiff when I'm dryer so a little extra glycogen and water is welcome.
Workouts have been awesome lately but ive switched to modified GVT. Now that its had some time to build up, i expect a little more results to show soon, so ill be posting some pictures here in the immediate future!
