I managed to begin a workout today, but simply could not go the mile. I began with a 5 minute warm-up, followed by 10x10 OHP, then went into 12x10 DB curls. I had to take longer breaks between sets as I felt like i was still struggling to breathe. Its a start.


I decided to listen to my body and end it very short of the whole workout. I did however manage to grt some pics on my wifes phone. Ill have them uploaded as soon as i crop myself out
