I'm 26, 161lb, have a two-week old, and have "restarted" serious fitness recently enough that the initial progress should be great. I plan to simply add mass and whatever strength comes with it. I finished my first cut less than a month ago and was happy to see what I could do in such a short time, but I longed to see the strength and size gains the whole time. I sold off a lot of my equipment to make room for the baby and his things, so I'm limited to free-weight exercises for the time being.

​I started my Mk677 3 days ago and noticed a far amount of muscle fullness on the second morning.

Today was bi's and shoulders. Ive been enjoying the pump so much that i decided to stay with high-rep/moderate volume until I'm bored with it.

The wrist curls were a last-minute "screw you" to myself. The pumps were intense- my wife felt how hard my forearms were and just said "....nasty" and left the room lol.
