TweetI have lost a couple pounds of fat. I can tell. The scale has gone down and my strength and muscle size has stayed the same. I am extremely happy with this product. I will buy some after the new year. This log isn't over. I thought I had the flu but it was just sciatica, lol. So I have taken it easy in the gym the last week or so. Things will fire up again in the next couple days.
