I am training for a 5K race right now called the Jingle Bell Run in Dallas on December 20th. I have ceased lifting heavy but still do high rep circuits 2X (Basically crossfit light as I do not push with the heavy stuff due to injury) a week and train Stand up 3 times a week and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu 1-2 times every two weeks. I run 5 days week right now. I am running 5K in about 27 minutes which is slow but I am not pushing right now. I am about 12% BF, 165# at 5'11". Yeah I am skinny but gave up body building for overall fitness due to health probs. Now I do mostly cardio.
I am on 100 mg of script test a week which I take Friday mornings. I will use the MK-2866 at 30 mg ED starting today when I do my crossfit. I train in the evening most nights and I do my Muay Thai and boxing and BJJ in the mornings on the weekend and striking Tuesday and Thursday in the eve. I will take it pre-training and will update y'all as I go. I am eating clean during the week right now and first of December I will start eating real clean and give up beer which I love. I am hoping to stay about 165 but drop to 10% BF. I am in my early 50s and loosing fat is hard, if I could actually gain a couple lbs I would love it.

TweetOk, last night was the first night I could train. With Thanks giving coming up I have been working late to get the permits done. Anyway.
I went to Jiu Jitsu last night, I took 30 mg of the supreme labs MK 2866, 2 grams of beta alanine in about 4 oz of cold brew coffee with a handful of almonds about an hour before training started. I arrived and stretched out. I really felt nothing until I got my hand on my partners gi. This stuff makes you stronger for 100% sure. I like training with this guy because he is better than me but has excellent control. We worked a few bread and butter sweeps from the bottom before going to roll.
I cannot describe how this stuff helps me but I feel like I can get more muscle fibers firing or something. I never went into gorilla roll mode because I gas out. But when I needed it, I felt the bump in strength. Downside are the forearm pumps. BJJ is a lot of grabbing the gi to prevent being strangled. Your opponent's job is to remove said grip to manipulate me into a favorable position and vice versa. After 15 or so minutes of rolling I thought my forearms would explode! I only got tapped 3x but I was on defense 85% of the time. (He is a brown belt and I am a very low level blue)
I sat out the next round and let my forearms relax. I went again with a white belt as you have to do your time helping the newbs. I had no probs with technique on this guy but he outweighed me by 40# so manipulation took technique and strength. Forearm pump came back hard and started to get a back pump as I was in top position most of the time and you use your back more there and your legs and hips more from the bottom. I let him have top position and I worked subs from my back. I actually tried to get him a couple of times and he powered out of them. (I am not a great BJJ player)
After class I had 30 minutes of roll time. Strength it AWESOME, pumps are like a smaller dose of winny to me. Takes a while to get a pump but once there it takes a long time to go away.
If you have not used MK 2866 then you should try it. It has few sides compared to say winny and in my past experience gives about the same results. Hit up supreme labs and check out this and others. I have also done S-4. I have not taken these 2 together. I bet it would be awesome!
Again, here is the link to the product I am using. Seems top notch so far. Dose it strong and right on. Some less scrupulous sarm guys underdose their stuff or even use cheaper sarms and package them as something else to save $$$. I trust our sponsors here.

TweetHere was the WOD for yesterday....It was mostly cardio
19 minutes 46 seconds is my time. The cardio WODs are my best. We add weight and I slow down a lot. Time out was 25 minutes. I beat that easy. I took 30 mg of mk 2866 before. Felt strong, got a little pump in my back on the step ups, also I did the short weight (35# instead of 50#) and 20" box so I cheated a little to save my knees. This was the most time consuming part of the workout. I started with two ten rep sets then I slowed and finished with 5 rep sets resting as long as needed to finish. Coach was hollering don't be a puzzy if we rested more than 10 seconds. I was called one a lot. Some guys in the class and 1 gal blazed it without stopping. They are in top notch shape.

Another observation as I write this. I am a little weak in the legs and sore but not wicked weak like a baby giraffe or wicked sore. I think the MK 2866 helps quite a bit. Post WO I did 30 grams of whey, 10 grams creatine, 5 grams L Glutamine, 5 grams BCAAs, 1 tea spoon green food powder and 2 fish oil. 45 minutes later I ate.

TweetI have run a few times in the morning. Have not even timed myself as I am so tired from work.
Man I have been working my ass off so I can meet my quota this month I took off a week earlier in the moth to visit my brother and of course the TG holidays. I went last night to Muay Thai and sparred 7 rounds 3 minutes each. Nothing hard. We spar normally at 75% to the body and legs and 50% to the head. This helps prevent injury and broke ass noses.
I seriously can tell a performance advantage when I dose up before. Due to the long half life I take it at lunch and I still get the great effect in the eve.
I do not get a pump when doing MT but get a bit in the forearms when doing BJJ. I plan on hitting up cross fit tonight. I got a good night sleep and feel great. Body is strong. I am going to stay off the scale until I am done with my month of MK.
So far this is probably the best MK-2866 I have ever done. Hard to quantify that but just by feeling it is on point for sure. I appreciate a sponsor that doses stuff right. Also remember going with our sponsors benefits this board that we all enjoy.

So I have just rolled a little and done some MT. Thanks giving has had me messed up in my schedule. I still feel stronger and my cardio is better. I doubt i have leaned out as i have eaten like a horse and not clean. Back at it starting yesterday.
TweetLast night was hard run night. I pushed 2 miles and made it in 14 minutes. That is flying for me. Fastest I have ever run 2.
I am paying this morning. Woke up choked down my coffee and a protein bar. Back and knees ache. I will be good for thursday. Light 5K.
Tonight is supposed to be leg day. i will skip it and make it up on Saturday. My schedule is all messed up. Yet i am still making gains. I LOVE MK 2866!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

TweetThanks, I feel great. I have ZERO sides at 30 mg. I have decided to take a TRT break and bank up some script test for spring. I am going to run Osterine 3 weeks on and 2 off until I go back on in february. I have done my research and found that it is not supressive to HPTA (Natty test production) I will use 500 iu of HCG ed and then a light PCT with nolva.
I trust this products and will purchase more to fulfill my goals.
It will be interesting how much a low TRT dose of test effects my body comp as opposed to MK 2866. I am going to ask the wife for 2-3 bottles of this and maybe some S-4 for Xmas. If she gets it for me I will log it and my PCT.
So last night I did not go to the gym. My tube has a leak on my cruiser bike. I had to pull the whole rear wheel tire assembly drum brake (older bike) and the FINAL DRIVE. weighed about 90 pounds. I asked my 21 year old 6'2" son to help me put it back in after wrestling the tire off with my tire spoons (it was a bear). It was an odd angle to lift the reassembled unit back into place and I had to stab the drive shaft back into it's hole. My son is a young strong kid that trains every day and could not lift it into place while I tried to stab the shaft.
Skinny old man me got up under there the best I could (I used ladders and straps to lift the bike which were all in the way. redneck engineering I know but it worked.) I lifted that thing all curled up like a pretzel under the ladder and even stabbed the driveshaft by myself.
My son looked at me and said "Damn dad, you are strong!" I did not tell him about the MK 2866 and the TRT but i can tell you this.
In the few times I forget about taking my SARM I am not as strong. Feels like i can get more muscle fibers engaged or something. Pumps are all but gone.
I am going today to the crossfit gym. Today's wod is a lot of pullups, ketle bell swings, burpees with boxjumps. 10-10-10-10 reps each It is an AMRAP (As many rounds as possible) 15 minutes. I will hit it at lunch. Feeling strong. My calories are up and I have put on some mass which looks good but I am 3-4 pounds above my weight class for martial arts.
This will be a big test for me I got 9 last time. (Yeah sounds pretty easy but half way done you are gasping fro breath and slow down a lot.) I am going for 10 completed round strict form. no kipping on pullups.
