I have run a few times in the morning. Have not even timed myself as I am so tired from work.

Man I have been working my ass off so I can meet my quota this month I took off a week earlier in the moth to visit my brother and of course the TG holidays. I went last night to Muay Thai and sparred 7 rounds 3 minutes each. Nothing hard. We spar normally at 75% to the body and legs and 50% to the head. This helps prevent injury and broke ass noses.

I seriously can tell a performance advantage when I dose up before. Due to the long half life I take it at lunch and I still get the great effect in the eve.

I do not get a pump when doing MT but get a bit in the forearms when doing BJJ. I plan on hitting up cross fit tonight. I got a good night sleep and feel great. Body is strong. I am going to stay off the scale until I am done with my month of MK.

So far this is probably the best MK-2866 I have ever done. Hard to quantify that but just by feeling it is on point for sure. I appreciate a sponsor that doses stuff right. Also remember going with our sponsors benefits this board that we all enjoy.
