Sparred yesterday morning. Just did 4 rounds boxing. Heavy weight guy rattled me a little. I did not want to get hurt so I sat out the rest and worked bags halfheartedly. I weighed on our certified scale. 163# but I did do it after sparring so water weight. No BF reading.

I ran an 8 minute mile when i got home as I did not really get a great workout. Feel great. MK 2866 seems to give me a little more ooomph when i take it. It is discernible from when I do not. I have 12 more days to train for the 5K. I have not done very good to be honest but I will go for 25 minutes. I have never run it this fast but I started out in fair shape and have been running 1-3 miles 1x a week. so I will get to my goal I am sure.

I think I have leaned out as I can see the veins in my legs. I only carry a bit of fat on my lower torso. The rest of me is super lean. I am old and I like beer. Anyway, I am in love with osterine. No sides i can feel and benefits that I CAN definitely feel. I would say it does not matter whether you lift or do cardio, MK 2866 can benefit you.

Hit the gym last night. I did not feel like driving to the camp. 30 minutes on the elliptical and a 10 minute run at a 7 mph pace and a 2% incline.

I did pullups and trap rows with the cable back to back for cardio until failure dropping weight each on the rows and dropping reps on the pullups. DB bench press then bent over rows back to back. started with 80s and ended up struggling with 30s for my last bit. I am a skinny old man and most guys I see doing DB bench use 50s or about that. I am not a strong guy but I can rep 80s pretty easy at first. Anyway just an observation and I like being beside a guy bigger than me and pushing 20-30 more lbs.

Wood choppers on the cables to failure then the opposite what ever that is called.

Finished with squats. 20 reps bar and 2 quarters each side, second set right away dropped 2 quarters, 3rd 20 reps the bar, fourth air squats until my form went away.

Try this, it is a bear! I miss lifting heavy on squats but my old back does not do well with heavy squats and even moderate deads. I go light 95% of the time.

That was it. I feel strong and good even without eating. I did not eat lunch today due to being really busy being out for the holidays and trying to catch up at work. I got home and was a little hypoglycemic. My wife made some greasy pasta dish with Italian sausage. I ate it but it did not do it for me. I do not normally take protein powder unless I go balls out at the gym. I just eat. This meal gave me heartburn and was not quality protein. (I ate it so as not to piss off the ole lady) I drank 1/2 scoop of whey after cleaning the kitchen.

Anyway. about 1/2 way through the bottle and feel awesome. Legit doses on supreme labs stuff for sure. Also I failed to mention. Taste is not great (I have yet to find one that is) But it is not terrible either and that is a plus. I take a sip of water and hold it in my mouth, take the dropper and tilt my head back to squirt in. It dilutes in the water and I taste little when I swallow.

Still feeling great! there is a discernible increase in athletic performance on this stuff. I have not been running due to the old knees aching but I am going for it anyway. I have my ugle Xmas sweater and a santa hat I will run in. My group are all tying bells to our shoes too. The group will be together in the start but some of us are slow and others fast. I am in the lower tier of the top 3rd in speed. But the diff between me and the serious runners in our tribe is 4-5 minutes faster than me. That is not a small margin. these guys can FLY!

I ran the race. I was in the back 1/3rd and could not get my stride. 28 minutes. horrible time. I pushed the last mile when I was in the open and everyone was spread out. But I did not train for speed, I gassed out and slowed pretty quick.

I know next year I have to train to go 85% for the last mile or get up in the front somehow. I am out of my sarm but will do more for sure. I am coming off TRT for a couple months. When I come back on I will have 2 months test banked up. With a good cycle of sarms on top I ought to be a beast!
