I took a promotion back in December. With that promotion my seniority started over and my now none seniority rear went straight to 11p-7a. After 20some odd years on days I'm having a bit of a struggle adjusting, even eight months into it. Along with that struggle my training has went to hell, I'm cranky as hell and I've accumulated 20+ extra pounds.

I am naturally skeptical of supplements, except for a few tried and true; protein, creatine, BCAA, some pre-workouts (haven't found one since the demise of DMAA) and of course AAS. Soooo, I was pleasantly surprised after taking my first dose Monday before work. A nice transition up to more energy ( no jitters ), cognitive clarity was off the charts, a noticeable suppression of appetite and no noticeable hard crash.

I am excited to see where this goes, because I get so damn board at work I some times find myself socially eating just to do something. Last night I had a half a serving of chicken stir fry that I made (low carb version) and a yogurt. I had to force myself to eat a handful of almonds later in the shift. Pretty good by my standards.
