As far as protein, I would think something like Isopure would be fine, as it has zero carbs. You can even throw in some olive oil for added fats.

Are you just now starting the keto diet? What are going to be keeping your macros at?

I am not doing the keto Diet. I want to do a sale for it and looking for supps to put on sale.
