TweetNegative impact to ‘brain age’ from only one night of sleep deprivation?
For research/writing productivity I go multiple consecutive days without sleep every few months and I feel fantastic (when not teetering on the edge).

TweetI have the sleep apnea and just cannot use my machine. I have not found a mask that fits and it is terrible. My short term memory is atrocious and I struggle a lot to find words and such.
Tweetif you go back and see the sleep doc you should be a candidate for the inspire and your insurance will cover it. i asked about it at my last appt and they told me that you have to have issues using your mask and things like that or your insurance wont approve it. worth asking about and the doc told me that it works just as good

TweetI get much less sleep than I should. I get more on the weekend than during the week because of work, but I always feel like I am struggling to catch up. I remember when I was younger I could party all night, get a few hours of crappy sleep and blast through my workday the next day. Then knock out a heavy leg session that evening no problem. Now it seems like it takes everything I have to get out of bed in the morning.
