      great read. i add himalayan sea salt with idone to all my protein and have an electroylete supp 2x daily. i sweat like a wild beat animal though so i need quite a bit more than most people do. my sodium level runs low in my blood if i dont add it in and my doc jumped my ass for it

      Half to 85% of people in USA are mag deficient too. I think you get all the micro mineral d=from a multi vite. But mag, I take Mag glycinate at night before bed. Helps me relax.

      i use trace min mag in liquid form post workout and if my guts get out of whack after a show or offseason i throw in mag citrate as well. i need to get back on zma before bed also
