      I run NAC it combats fatty liver with keto.

      I also think many of these research papers feed unhealthy fats. Also note these are in rodent studies, not people. Rats are primarily vegetarian by nature. People are built to eat meat and fats. That is why we have the ability to go into ketosis and function at the high level. Once in ketosis many people have lower inflammatory markers than they did on a SAD diet. SAD=Standard American diet

      But good to protect oneself regardless.
