Guns I looked and found no articles that said it hindered growth. Much the opposite, that it preserved muscle in weight training.

Tweetlast one i read was a huge write up in muscular development. a full 3 page spread with a ton of articles foot noted on the studies. it was pushing the bodybuilding use to like i said prep work and as far away from training as possible. the layman's context to me was that its ability to hinder inflammation blunted it so much that the micro tears were prevented to the extent that it stopped hypertophy. so yes it does preserve muscle outstandingly but so much so that it can mess with growing as well. it also does something to mess with mtor and a couple of the other growth factors needed for growth which again comes from blocking inflammation. i am pretty sure you can put it in the article search bar on md.com and find it. they normally put the articles up on there most of the time
