TweetDamn brother, that sucks. Even at my house I have accumulated mitts, gloves, thaipads, shin guards, even mouth pieces and I have a trash bag full of worn out hand wraps. (I am going to take any gear I have that is still god and take it to my camp next time I train and let newbs use it. Most is worn out) Hope your arm/shoulder heals up. If i cannot train I get real cranky.
I normally do not get hurt training but stupid stuff like stepping on the dog getting out of bed or something startles me and I turn real fast and throw my back out.
