Apologize for starting this late. Had an issue where there was some concern i may have re injured my recently surgically repaired right shoulder. Our second dog, Izzy who weighs in at 62 pounds at 8 months was trying to wrangle her way up to sleep between her mom and dad and our first dog 70 pound Gracie wasn't having it. Izzy postured up and dropped all 62 pounds on my left nut and my hands flew up by my head and since i would never hit my dogs, I punched straight back with my right hand to hit the headboard behind me. Good news.... it took my mind on my left nut, the bad news... pain shot through my right shoulder and my next PT appointment five days later it was still a little sore so my PT went through a bunch of different weight bearing hand positions on my shoulder and there appears to be no recurrence of the tear. He said if i had gotten my right arm stretched out violently in a move similar to a pec dec type of stretch he'd be concerned but where it still feels a bit tender now and then is where the trap ties into the shoulder joint. Kinda that straight uppercut type move while lying on my back strained the trap/joint tie in. Back to strengthening. I'm also closing my dojo end of the month after being in the same spot for 20 years. Don't realize how much stuff you collect until it's time to move....ugh. So started yesterday morning. After a crazy few weeks of being exhausted i added 3 grams to my morning coffee. The taste was a bit different with my taste buds being used to my regular coffee taste that early in the morning. I was kinda wired all morning and afternoon and even though i was still packing stuff up last night at the dojo i wasn't tired when i went to bed. Played a few games on my phone for a bit. A little groggy this morning from having to be up so early yet again. I took the Hulu with my coffee again this morning and hoping it's kinda like the first few days on clen and after the first couple of days i won't be so wired and just enjoy the extra energy. Can't say if the hulu is responsible for it or not but the resistance band exercises i'm doing with the new increased resistance isn't feeling so grueling. Getting more than the required reps asked for by therapist and no residual soreness afterwards.
