TweetThis green malay is amazing. I really like it alot.

I started on the Green Malay yesterday. Took 3 grams. The stupid pIn in my left bicep from being stung by wasps felt better and I was out like a light a half hour later. Slept for about two hours and woke up feeling super refreshed. Energy level was great rest of afternoon and evening.

TweetThe taste seems a bit more bitter than the red vein I usually use. The red seriously acts like a clone of Vicodin. Puts me out for the night. But the Green made me basically relaxed and if I hadn’t been on the weekend shift this weekend at 4AM I might not have zonked off like I did.

TweetSo past few days I’ve remained at 3 grams a day and overall more relaxed vibe at work. Sleeping mostly straight through the night. Taste is becoming less and less of an issue. Totally unrelated (I believe) but yesterday at PT after the PT finished stretching the shoulder straight up and back I went to get up off the table as I always do and basically couldn’t stand up I was so light headed and dizzy. Sat down with an ice pack on shoulder for 10 minutes and had hell of a time driving home on the highway. Every time I looked left or right to do a lane change, crazy dizziness and headache kicked in. Might be a sinus infection causing pressure in the inner ear.

TweetInteresting, just looked up side effects and dizziness is one side with green Malay and it may be dose related. I’ll try 2 grams next few days and see if dizziness decreases.

TweetON a lower dose like 3gr for green. It shouldnt be to much of an issue. You normally run red which is more sedating. Keep us updated please. And make sure to stay hydrated especially with PT.
TweetGreat log
Tweettoday i had PT again and the pain involved in being stretched was more tolerable, also was told range of motion and performing the prescribed exercises were showing great improvement and i am ahead of where most people are at 5 weeks post op. Have an appointment for te possible sinus infection that i believe is causing the dizziness and pressure. At 2 grams yesterday still had plenty of energy despite not eating my usual meal plan while i am on hiatus from the gym during PT and slept straight through til morning again, something i don't normally achieve until i started the green malay. as i'm certain the dizziness is unrelated to the kratom i will be going back up to 3 grams per day tomorrow. I have started measuring the green malay and putting it into a shot glass and adding about a 1/2 to 3/4 ounce dose of vodka and powder mixes completely and the taste is a non issue as it's a quick shooter and done. helps me relax after work day is over and i don't spend an hour trying to get the taste out of my mouth. Probably not the optimal way to take it but it seems to be working well. I had gone from the red vein powder to red vein capsules and liked tha better but since i am logging the powders i want to take it in powdered form.
TweetStill using 3 grams and not sure if it’s listed as a benefit but I’ve been sleeping way more sound than I have in a long time and able to achieve REM stage sleep. Have had/remembered my dreams the past 3 days. As far as energy I don’t know if it’s a huge boost but I’ve definitely been more motivated to do stuff after work and not be nodding off watching tv after dinner. May get adventurous and try 4 grams starting today.

Tweetok so the 4 grams i slept a little too sound and didn't want to get up when alarm went off for cardio. scaled back to 3 grams and things are humming along very nicely. Feel good, sleeping good, and during the day enough energy to seize the day by the balls.
Tweetstill cruising along at 4G's/day and liking the results. PT stress hasn't been an issue. relaxed yet energized all day. Pretty interesting blend. I like (as i've said before) the red vein for it's most effective ability at pain relief, but this green blend doesn't cause me to nod off with a sedative effect. Definitely digging it.

Different blends to meet different needs. Great feedback so far...
