Everyone is different, but when you find that dose you like and respond well to. If you can stay there without having to go up any more. Congrats. Cause personally i think you hit a homerun.

Definitely pleased with where I'm at. Also on a day off or two I don't notice any symptoms people speak of when entering withdrawals so that's also good.

That is great. By taking it only 2 times a day, this makes a big difference.
