I measured out 3g of the YELLOW this morning at 730am and mixed with some V8 blueberry and pomegranate juice. The colder the fluid the more lumps you get. I poured it all into my magic bullet and blended it then slammed it down. Not bad at all. I hit the gym at 830. I will be taking a lower dose of my normal pre workout as well. But i will be trying it solo tomorrow .
