      This is good info for 3 grams. I dont get the euphoric feel as i do with red. Now once you test 5gr or so. You should get the full effect. Then i will discuss mixing your dose.       I feel I'm a good responder. Wanted to use more a couple hours later but don't want to blunt my tolerance tonight for the red.

      Two hours before bed time. 2 grams. Just took 4 grams and will report back. Hopefully no stomach issues.

      The red is nice for sure. Definitely a favorite of mine. Gives a nice relaxing feel, the pain management on it is substantial. I'm quite surprised.

      I usually feel affects in about an hour. So count on 45min to an hour

      i mixed 3g in some warm water, not doing that again lol Chalky as hell. But im feeling REALLY good and relaxed.

      Now with the yellow, i assume its for energy..? but ive read it too can make you sleepy. I guess ill try 2g tomorrow am on an empty stomach and see. ive read some guys mix yellow with their pre workout drink. im new to this so bare with me.
