Nick Adenhart
TweetMany of you may have heard of the hit and run drunk driving accident that killed Nick Adenhart of the LA Angels. I knew Nick personally as he grew up in my town. I met him while I was coaching. I live in Williamsport where he played his high school ball. The town and the surrounding areas are in shock. Its just ashame to see such a young and promising future as well as a life ended so senselessly.
I dont really know what else to say. Nick was a great kid with a bright future and he will be missed, not just by the people that knew him personally, but by fans as well. This really sucks.

I read the whole story on the front page of the Baltimore Sun yesterday. From what I read, Nick seemed like a really good kid with a ton of friends. Such a tragic loss...
Is Williamsport out in western Maryland? I used to hit Frederick and Hagerstown on sales calls...

TweetWilliamsport is basically 5 minutes from Hagerstown....when you ask alot of people who live in williamsport where they live, they say hagerstown. Its small.
