i have a hard time giving him the goat because of the fact that it is proven he cheated at least once. like i said above he will always have that cloud over his achievements. i will say that payton manning is far better due to the fact that he never got caught cheating even if brady has more rings and better stats. he got caught cheating therefore he loses his status as goat
