Yes, it's only preseason. I understand that. But by watching preseason games, you get to see the rookies who want it bad. They want the roster spot, and don't want to split time with anyone! From what I seen,
Andrew Luck looks very good so far. His passes are crisp, and his confort level in the pocket will only get better as the year goes on.
Robert Griffin III- Being in the NFC, good luck trying to run the ball often. I think by mid season, he's forced to become a pocket passer, and become a mediocre one at that. I hope I'm wrong, but I don't see RGIII doing well.
Doug Martin- Hear me now, believe me later, this is the Fantasy Draft pick sleeper of the year. Yes, he will be splitting carries with Lagarrett Blount. Blount is a hot head, and besides his rookie season, he hasn't had another one since. He injured his knee last season, and came back mediocre. Look for Martin to take over the starting RB roll a few games in, and eventually winning the ROY.
Nick Foles- Oh, how us die hard Iggles fans would love to see Vick get hurt and have to sit the season out. Fowles appears to have the tools to lead the Eagles to a spectacular season. Surprisingly, Trent Edwards looked solid as well. So that leaves the question, Where the **** is Kafka gonna end up as a 3rd stringer??
Trent Richardson- Solid, strong, and fast. The highest rated RB prospect since Adrian Peterson. LOL! Anyone remember Ki Jana Carter? Curtis Enis? Rashan Salaam?? Anyways, I believe he will be a huge addition to the Browns backfield since the departure of Peyton Hillis. If he can stay healthy, he could have a great shot at ROY as well. But comparing him to Adrian Peterson, well..... let's just hold off on that for now.
