Anyone have a better way to to this???(not recommending this to those new to slin)

30 min post workout 5iu hgh(another five during workout days only-4days a week tue/thur/sat sun) no hgh on non workout days
30 min post workout- 10 g bcaa, 5g creatine, 75 g dextcrose, 2 scoops white flood(preworkout drink)
15 post workout -15-20 iu slin "r" (no slin on non workout days, metformin 1500 a day on non workout)
During workout same drink but no preworkout
Post workout blueberrys, egg whites and oats in a shake.
Post workout 80 mcg igf and 5-10 iu more slin.
30-60 min later full meal(low fat)

I have been doing this for three weeks now and I have never looked better. Also on signicant does of test and deca.
I always took hgh and slin together post workout and had a carb/bcaa drink. But spreading it out and sort of overloading the carbs/creatine/bcaa over the course of an hour has made a dramatic effect. Makes me wonder it there is even a better way to do it
