      Cycle input please. *
      This is my fourth cycle, I am 29,male, 5'3" 168lbs training 2 on 1 off with an hr of cardio and some light lifting on work days and on 14 days off heavy workout followed by 1 hr of cardio (elliptical or bike)
      *I plan on keeping the Arimidex .5-1 mg eod *going through the cycle until the end of PCT, *input please? I have been on a low dose of GH for 2months, 2iu ED. *Also I have a question about end of cycle, I've been told it is old school to taper off? Any thoughts on this appreciated, I assume that the PCT replaces the need to taper but had trouble finding any related posts?

      I wouldn't bother with a taper.. either up or down. I would skip the 1st week preload on the test and just run a straight 500mg's EW. I would run the tbol at 50mg ed for 4-5 weeks rather than taper the dose up and running for 8wks. You might have to play with your adex dose a bit.. but you are at a good place to start.

      Clomid for pct I woud dose it for 4 weeks like this 100/75/50/50.. and would switch from adex to a suicidal AI like Exemstane or Black Lion Research's Formoron . It'll make sure you avoid any estro rebound.

      Pitt hit it out of the park, front loading is a waste in my opinion.

      His recommendation is solid, I'd go with it.

      I'm a little unclear with regard to your workout schedule and goals. I agree 100% with Pitt, frontloading Test E is a waste as tapering T-Bol doses.

      What is your goal with this cycle and more importantly, what is your diet like?

      If your going to front load do it with prop not test e, but like suggested above, it isnt necessary. Also bump on the 50mg t-b0l. doin 20mg isnt goin to do much for a guy. Other than that its fine. If you have the money, go up on the GH to at least 5IU.

      My goal is to lean down. I know test e isn't the best or cutting but its what I have and what will work for me right now. a mod on here gave me the suggested macros for my build and body fat.

      This is how I would set up your macros for a cut:
      Protein-200 grams/day=800 calories
      Fat-60 grams/day=550 calories
      Carbs-135 grams/day=550 calories
      total calories=1900
      I have been staying close to this but need to crank up the protein intake a bit.

      Test E is very good to lean out..its mostly diet that counts.. aroma would help with that but watching sodium and fats are most important and not eating simple sugars and carbs. Eat lean and you will get there. Lean meat, chicken, fish, no pork or nuts because they are very fat dense even tho ppl ay they are good for you they are the most fat dense food you can eat cept for simple sugars. No oils, etc. If you want to get as lean as you can you have to cut most of this out. I eat tons of lean meat, chicken and greens, but hardly no fats no sugar and no salt and no pasta or breads and you will see how fast you can lean out doing just this.

      I am doing most of this for my diet but have been eating some nuts even though I questioned the fat content. No pork hey, we have organic pork that is pretty lean for the roasts and chops so I thought it wouldn't be a problem avoiding any bacon of course. BBQ Tuna and A salad for dinner tonight mmmmm.

      There's nothing wrong with cutting with test e, if you do bloat from it then it won't be much bloat at all, just drinking more water if it really bothers you and I agree, crank up the gh to at least 3-5 ius. Tapering is a waste of time also. Personally I'd run hcg throughout your cycle but its not a must. I just love hcg
