Frontloading definately helps, but it's definately not mandatory. I have never frontloaded, usually do to the cost, but I have always had great gains.

I've never frontloaded but for me it takes around 5 or 6 weeks until it is noticable.

I am also guessing that it is due to you BF%, the higher it is the longer it will take to notice...this is just my theory, it could be totally wrong.

Hey Basskiller , what would you consider a reasonable frontload amount
if running 600mg/wk for 8-12 weeks
      Thanks

      I'm not basskiller,

I've heard 2x your dose, for first 2-3 weeks for a frontload. I'd like to know for sure, since I'm going to frontload on my next cycle.

Is frontloading necessary if you are going to do Eq by itself @ 400 mgs a wk for 10 weeks.

It's really up to you. I personally don't like frontloading because it really didn't do shit for me but remeber everybodys body acts different.

I have done quite a bit of eq and always takes about 6 to 7 weeks to really see the results from the eq kicking in, thats why I always try to make my cycle at least 15 weeks if eq is in it.
